The Story Behind One Great Cause
Throughout my life, as I’m sure with every one’s life, I have come across times where I desperately needed assistance to make it through a personal crisis. There are times in all of our lives that it feels as if the bottom falls out and there are no avenues to turn down, no one to help bear burdens too great to be carried alone. Luckily for me, I’ve had friends and family able and willing to aid me through tough times. There were times, though, that they themselves had nothing to give and, in return, felt just as helpless as I did and even guilty for not being able to lend a hand.
Often times, through these tough spots, people rely on dangerous means to try to make ends meet. They resort to business like payday loans, title loan or other high interest loans that are hard to repay for years to come. They may get a second or even third job to help fill the gaps, only to work themselves into exhaustion.
There are many charities that offer assistance in troubled times. Often, families are turned away due to making too much money even though the household’s debt to income ratio is too high for the family to afford necessities or emergencies. The purpose of this charity is to provide assistance to families that cannot gain help elsewhere. My true purpose is to aid people in providing for their families when they so desperately need it and maintain a healthy family life.
